Under “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10,” click “Get started.” Click the “Recovery” tab on the sidebar. Open the Windows 10 Settings Menu by clicking the gear icon in the Windows Start menu, or by pressing “Windows+I” keys. Rolling back to a previous Win 10 Version : Please stay disconnected from the internet until step 3 is completed, so no sudden updates is applied after the rollback that might cause the issue to reappear. So try rolling the updates back or use a system restore point. I'd suspect some sort of Windows Update has taken place that has caused this.
